BeBetter Return Policy

At BeBetter, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

• You must notify us of your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, clean, and with all original labels/tags still attached.

• Returns sent without prior notice cannot be accepted. Please contact us first before shipping your return so we can confirm and track it.

Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• You can easily create a DHL return label here: DHL Shipping Label.

Exchanges

• Once we receive and approve your return, we will process the exchange.

• If you requested a new size or product, BeBetter will cover the shipping costs of sending the replacement item to you.
