Why We Support KiKa

At BeBetter, our message has always been simple, getting 1% better every day. For most of us, that’s enough. But for some, it isn’t that easy.

That’s why we donate a percentage of every sale to KiKa, a foundation that fights childhood cancer. We believe every child deserves the chance to live, grow, and chase their dreams, just like we do.

In June, Laurens (co-owner of BeBetter) will take on his first-ever Ironman Triathlon to raise awareness and support for KiKa. It’s his biggest challenge yet, and honestly, he’s still wondering if it’s a good idea. But he’s doing it anyway.

“When I was young, I spent a lot of time in hospitals because of a chronic illness. I’m lucky, I can live my life pretty normally with some precautions. But I’ve seen kids who didn’t get that same chance. It’s heartbreaking, and it stuck with me.” — Laurens
